Ranking changes
Being outranked is not refundable.
A completed payment adds permanently to the listing’s all-time amount. If another listing later moves above it, your payment is not refunded. The listing keeps its total and remains ranked.
Refunds
A short page,
as promised.
Rank payments are simple, so the refund policy is too.
Duplicate URLs
Upgrades charge the difference.
Submitting an existing URL with a higher total charges only the difference. The added amount is final once Stripe confirms it.
Moderation
Prohibited listings are removed.
Listings that violate the rules may be blocked. When LinkDuel issues a moderation refund, it returns to the original payment method through Stripe.
Processing
Banks set the timing.
Stripe handles card details and refunds. After a refund is submitted, the cardholder’s bank determines how long it takes to appear.
